A safe vaccine

Out of 482 horses given Flu Avert^® I.N. vaccine in a field safety trial, some as young as 3 months of age, a serous nasal discharge was observed in a small number. This discharge was the same as that seen in normal horses during variable environmental conditions, and resolved in a short time with no treatment. Flu Avert^® I.N. vaccine is proven safe in field safety trials involving 482 horses. In addition, there is no risk of injection site reactions because it is given intranasally.
